Hi, I’m Niti.
A coach, leadership and breathwork facilitator and DEI practitioner who cares deeply about connection, courage, and the inner shifts that make outer change possible. My work brings together emotional intelligence, full-body embodiment, conscious leadership and lived experience to help people and organisations evolve in ways that feel true, supportive and sustainable.

Four chapters so far
The Roots
As a child of immigrant parents to Australia, I knew how much value my family and community placed on hard work, education, financial success and stability. Not knowing what to do when I left school, I found myself doing a double degree in Law and Commerce. Luckily, I really enjoyed Law School, particularly the subjects that touched on international or human rights law.
Law & Advocacy
I followed the well-trodden path into corporate law, practising in major law firms in London and Australia and later in-house at a multinational. These experiences taught me how culture, leadership, boundaries and psychological safety shape our experience of work, and how much our inner world influences our outer performance. The more I learnt about the human experience of workplaces, the more I wanted to change it.
Leadership, DEI & Entrepreneurship
As I stepped into senior leadership roles, I stepped outside my “legal lane” and worked on projects aimed at improving the employee experience at work. Somehow it simply didn’t feel like enough. The pandemic made me realise I could pursue my passions and personal interests. After many conversations with my inner voice to overcome my fears, doubts and imposter syndrome, I left employment as a corporate lawyer and started my passion-fuelled business.
Personal Shifts, Somatics & Breathwork
While my business grew from strength to strength, my marriage was falling apart. It was only when my separation hit rock-bottom that I truly experienced the power of full-body awareness and transformation. Simply put, breathwork changed my life. And so I trained in somatic practices and trauma-aware breathwork. Integrating the body into leadership and coaching has opened an entirely new dimension of transformative work.
Empowering women to shine bright
In equity, fairness and compassion
About doing the work to create the world I want to live in
Curiosity. Compassion. Grit. Courage. Inclusion.
Regardless of what brought you here, these are the qualities and values you can expect me to bring to our relationship: probing questions, deeper self-reflection, and the hard work, commitment and courage required to bring DEI initiatives to life. My approach is deeply somatic and compassionate, founded in the belief that humanity requires holding space for the views of others without judgment.
My mission is to create a more equitable, compassionate and healthy tomorrow, by intentionally blending my interests, skills and passions:
- Coaching women to be their most empowered selves
- Working with organisations to create systemic change at a workplace level
- Advocating for broader societal change, including through the law
- Teaching the extraordinary power of breathwork and somatic coaching to create change from within
Why “Evolve by Niti”?
Because evolution is not a single moment. It’s a supported process. It starts with reconnection, moves through reclamation and possibility, and unfolds into aligned, conscious action and follow-up.

A rare blend
In addition to my work through Evolve by Niti, I am also a Fractional General Counsel, an Executive Coach and Leadership / DEI Facilitator at Grace Papers, Executive Coach and Coaching Program Designer with WILD for STEM, a Trainer with Professional Training UK, a Coach with Coaching Advocates, a certified Master NLP Practitioner, Life Coach and Enneagram Coach, a Nobody at Nobody Studios, an award-winning Mentor at Future Women, and a LinkedIn Top Voice (Gender Equity).
My personal experiences with pregnancy loss and resulting mental health challenges have ignited a desire to bring these unspoken conversations out into the open. I do this through my work with The Pink Elephants Support Network as a Peer Support Companion and member of their Workplace Advisory Group.
In April 2023, the Amazon bestselling book I co-authored, “Women Leading the Way”, was released. In 2024, “Legal Operations in the Age of AI and Data” was released, in which I contributed a chapter on DEI in the legal profession.
